Set your own intervals
No two kitchens or buildings need the same schedule. A bakery, a taqueria with fryers and a dental office all put different loads on the plumbing. This calendar lists the tasks most commercial properties in Fullerton need; you fill in how often each one happens and who does it.
Start from what you know: your grease log fill levels, your drain symptom log, the equipment manuals and any notices from the city or water utility. Adjust after each service visit.

Questions to ask at your next service
- Based on what you saw today, should this interval change?
- Can these tasks be combined on one visit to reduce downtime?
- What would you add to our calendar?
- Which tasks can our staff safely handle?
Common questions
Is scheduled jetting worth it if nothing is clogged?
For busy grease lines it often costs less than emergency calls during service. Use your drain log to decide whether you need it.
Who should own the calendar?
One manager or the property manager, so tasks do not fall between people.
Does a small office need a calendar too?
A shorter one. Restrooms, water heaters, backflow and the shared lateral still need attention.
