The neighborhood
Floral Park is a well-known older neighborhood in north Santa Ana with many homes in period revival styles, deep setbacks and mature street trees.
Many of these homes date from before World War II. Like Old Towne Orange, they often have galvanized supply lines where not yet replaced, cast-iron drains and clay sewer laterals running under the front yard, close to large trees.

Common questions
Why is a Santa Ana neighborhood on an Old Towne Orange site?
Floral Park is nearby and shares the same older-home plumbing patterns, so the same guidance applies, with Santa Ana's own offices.
Who provides water in Floral Park?
The City of Santa Ana water utility.
Do historic rules apply here?
Ask the City of Santa Ana before exterior changes; interior plumbing is usually not the concern.
