Common questions

Is it normal to hold back the final payment until the walkthrough?

Payment terms are set in your contract. Make sure the schedule ties the final payment to completion, including the final video and restoration.

What if I find a problem weeks later?

Check your written warranty and contact the contractor with photos and, if possible, a new camera video.

Can I skip the walkthrough if I trust the crew?

The walkthrough is also your record. Even with a great crew, the video and documents are worth having.
